After understanding the needs of green, low-carbon and efficient manufacturing in the shipbuilding industry, Dr. Wei Xingguo and his founding team took the technical difficulty of solid-state welding of dissimilar materials as a breakthrough to provide customers with low-cost, high-quality aluminum friction stir welding solutions. At the same time, focusing on the pain points of shipbuilding assembly, the automated, intelligent, lightweight and efficient crawling robot system independently developed breaks through the size limitations of traditional production equipment itself, the crawling robot system is efficient and stable, the deformation after welding is small, the welding quality is excellent, and it can be quickly deployed, which greatly improves the efficiency of ship parts assembly and manufacturing; In view of the needs of low-cost, automated and intelligent manufacturing of aerospace and rail trains, the technology of friction stir welding is proposed and realized, which solves the worldwide problem of large gap between components in the manufacture of large and oversized parts of friction stir welding.
